Dean (Lure Professor) told me about using a piece of pantyhose placed over the neck of the bottle with the cap then replaced to strain the paint. I reduce a bottle of paint to the desired consistency and then place a piece of pantyhose over the neck before replacing the cap. This has eliminated clogs for me.
