Gr8flyz
Man, and there are no bids yet! I'll bet everyone is waiting to the last second to place a bid on that deal! Just my luck too, I just spent my last 2 million on gas for the car!

woodsac
What's even funnier is, she is not patenting a light inside of a fishing lure (that was already taken) Instead, the patent is for a 'laser type' light attached to the line. Like the kind you buy at the store for your keychain for $3. The logic was that people are not willing to pay high prices for the lures with the light inside, because they are often snagged and lost. This way, the line breaks and you loose the lure, not the light. Awwww...now I get it! Now we just need to build a completely waterproof container that can cary a battery, be submerged in the water, beaten off of rocks, and still be able to emit a light when you retrieve the lure. I'm on it http://patft.uspto.gov/netacgi/nph-Parser?Sect1=PTO1&Sect2=HITOFF&d=PALL&p=1&u=/netahtml/srchnum.htm&r=1&f=G&l=50&s1=5,987,802.WKU.&OS=PN/5,987,802&RS=PN/5,987,
alsworms
I had to look at it 3 times to make sure I wasn't going crazy. 2 million, huh?? I was gonna bid on it but the shipping price is outrageous!!! Anyone know what the listing fee would be on something like that???
funny farm
Listing is free unless someone bids . .. .. . Talk about a good reason to start a false account . Not that I would think or do such a thing .. . .

Legendary Lures
Wait a minute. I've listed things on eBay that no one bid on and Iwas still charged a listing fee. Someone clue me in on how to avoid that.... Granted, there's no "final value" fee if it doesn't sell. On the other hand, lighted lures are illegal in lots of places, so it might take a while to recoup your investment.
DeVeryTY
The sad thing is she may have paid a patent lawyer, or one of those "inventor" companies some relatively big dough to file her million buck idea, no, sorry 2 million dollar idea. This is probably her last stop on a road of going from lure company to lure company with as she says "most sought after lure to fishermen all over the world."; and getting a very polite "Wow, what a great idea, sorry buts... or stunned silence....or "Lady you want how much for this?"
