blanx
how hard would it be to modify the tip of the bear injector to a locking pin? I have thought about cutting a groove in to the injector body and tapping a small screw in to the tip. that way all i have to do is slide and twist like Bass tackles. has anyone made a modification like this? ideas or tips would be nice. Jig Man
At first I thought about doing that. I was working in too much of a hurrn and I would pop the tip out into the plastic and have to dig it out ranting and raving. But after I started handling them a bit slower and "easier" I haven't need to make any mods. Now I like being able to get the plunger out for a quick cleanup as the molded baits set up for extraction.
TBaits
I have actually owned both injectors and have to say that I did like the added feature of BT's. I actually sold both of mine and went with the bigger 16 oz napa suction gun and it has a screw on tip and I really have had great luck with that set-up. Someone on here I remember did make the addition to a Bear's injector, but don't remember who it was. You might try a search.
