rico.29 Posted February 22, 2011 Report Share Posted February 22, 2011 Hello, i've just received a few bottles of color tech plastic paint from lurecraft and i've a problem with one of the bottle. color is white pearl and it's not liquid at all . it's a kind of tacky messy past... is it normal? is it possible to dilue it? how the hell can lurecraft send me such unusable product? do they control product before send them to their clients? i hope someone of lurecraft can answer me. thanks. It is hard for them to control a product that they do not make themselves but once they know of the problem they will take measures to solve it. Product on shelves can get overlooked, and sit a lot longer than it is supposed to, or it may have had a bad seal, and dried out. Either way, they will take care of you if you contact them directly.
