This gives access to the messenger or PM system. Next to the 'signed in as' menu, is the 'my settings' drop down menu. press this and you can add an avatar or picture to your posts. Next to a members name, you will see a small, square, green button. Press this and you can add as friend. You can also PM this member (the envelope symbol. Hope this helps and welcome to TU.
