FuzzyGrub
The temps co-operated and reached the 50's today. Fired up my Lee pot for the first time. Poured: - 100 round head jigs - 50+ tube jigs - 50 Shake-it jigs - 25 football jigs Everything went great! Only a couple wasted jigs. No burns. I thank everyone that has provided great info on TU that made that happen. A special thanks to Ted, aka Cadman. Those teflon pins worked great. I am never going to learn what pain the metal ones were.
cadman
I'm glad it all worked out for you, and only a couple of wasted bad pours. That is excellent news. Also yes those nylon pins are fantastic. I too prior to using them fought many a steel pin. No more. The nylon pins go in easy and come out easy for pouring and they also work just as well for painting.
