BassNator 1
I was asking a question in the last post about anybody using a quick release system for the air brush. Is any one using anything like this? Pros? Cons? Brands or setups? Any info on that would be appreciated. I was also wondering what the consensus was for shooting paints. Im only doing a few lures for myself but cleanup would be so much easier I believe with a quick relese mechanism. Let me know if any of you are using a similar system. Thanks Cody
Mattman
I just use the same quick connects that you can get at the hardware store. I've got an "industrial" compressor and it's too noisy to be indoors. So I've got a pair of 8 gallon air tanks. I can fill them up to 125 PSI and bring them inside for use with the airbrush. I mounted a quick connect onto each tank. Then I mounted a nipple and another quick connect onto a moisture trap/pressure regulator. And a nipple to the end of my airbrush 15' hose. I quick connect my regulator to a tank and my airbrush hose to the regulator.
