nerdy
do you mean chartreuse will bleed onto other colors, or that other colors will bleed onto chartreuse?
Mercury
The Chartreuce will bleed to other colors. But the Flo yellow doesnt bleed nearly as bad. Flo blue will bleed and tint the other colors. I dont use flo pink or flo red so I cant say on them.
Mattlures
chartruse and red will bleed. If you can achieve you colors by powders and glitters you are better of. If you are pouring two diferent colors try useing the bleeding color in both if possible. for instance, brown on top chartruse on bottom. When you mix your brown start with chartruse and add a litte red and blue untill it is brown. Then the chartruse will bleed but you wont notice it.
