I got a gift certificate for LPO for my birthday from my sister and I needed a specific hook that I didn't see in the catalog or online so I ghot them an email asking if perhaps they might have the hook and as it turns out, they don't carry it. Even though they didn't have the hook I was looking for, they went out of their way and got the hook I needed, what is amazing to me was that I didn't want a huge quantity, I only needed 50 hooks and usually most companies won't bother getting you an item unless you order a large number, but not LPO. Not only did they get me the hook but it shipped out the day after I placed the order, how is that for service, not only getting me a special item but doing so in an extremely quick manner.
