Jigsisme
As always I appreciate the help of cadman and the many others on here. I got my "initial" gear for pouring my jigs (ood thing I just got some cash from a tournament!!): 1-Lee Pot 3-Do it Molds Multiple Skirt colors from Fishingskirts..com and other accessories. I got a few jigs poured all ready and am having a blast!! Ok, so to my question: I'm starting the build of the fluid bed and wanting to know if everyone elses' homebrew fluid bed is to tight? What I mean by to tight is that the "cups" are extremely tight to the base and I feel that I will break it every time I change a cup/color??? Appreciate your comments. Jig Man
Yes mine are extremely tight. I hold the base with one hand and twist the cup out with the other. If they weren't tight you would have air escape around the sides instead of through the cup.
cadman
Jig Man is correct for the reason he mentioned. I also twist my cups until they loosen.
