DirtyT
Hey Guys, I am looking into making my own spinner baits for use on saltwater redfish. BUT I have a couple of questions! 1. Do the Boggs or Hajens benders make "snap locks" like commonly seen on small spinners for crappie and such? 2. Any suggestions on hooks with eyes big enough to fit the .051 wire AND a cork screw type bait keeper? The typical redfish spinner bait rig is uses a weighted jig head...I am trying to eliminate that from the equation by using a weedless swim bait type hook with a corkscrew style bait keeper....but fear size 3 & 4 hooks wont have a big enough eye for both. Thanks!
