Steve Ramos
I am looking to make some floating baits like snakes, worms, and frogs. I want them to float even when I pause them - dead stick them on top. I am using Lurecraft and Craney Creek plastic. Do any of you have a preference for a brand of float additive and the best place to buy?
Largehead Louie
I hope you have a good respirator. The Micro Bubbles are nasty business. They work, but not worth the hassle.
powerworm
i get all of mine from mf but it will discolor your baits just like salt does in senkos
Fish Candy Bait Company
I have tried them but do not use them. They do give the color a milky tone. Even black is not black when you add them in. I got mine from LC but depending on your rigging it still may not be a true floating topwater bait. Steve Ramos
Thanks for the input. I am aware that the stuff should be handled properly. I use it outside and do wear a mask and gloves. I don't mind the color changes as the action of the bait is what is going to get the fish to strike more than the color.
