I ordered a mold (and paid for it on Friday haven't gotten any notification from him on shipment, delays or anything. If thats the case your expectations are awful high it can take a month from any one of the mold makers especially if its not on the shelf, and all take your money fight away thats the norm he'll get it to you just give it some time. The molds were paid for in full (in advance)and promised in 4-6 weeks. No molds came in that time frame and numerous phone calls and e-mails were not returned.I filed a grievance w/ my credit card company and suddenly I had a refund check in 2 weeks.Communication is the key to success in any business.To ignore numerous customer inquiries for orders paid in full-in advance is pure ignorance-plain and simple. As per site rules, take any issues with customer service to the respective manufacturer. Del has a forum specific for customer inquiries....suggest to take advantage of it there.
