Jig Man Posted November 7, 2011 Report Share Posted November 7, 2011 I have never used a wire bait keeper but have modified some of my molds to accept weedguard by simply putting a piece of wire where I want the weedguard and taping it in place. Then I put the mold in a big old vice and clamp it down tight. The steel wire makes a slot in the mold for me.
