Assuming your compressor is an oil-less model with a valve that can regulate the pressure to the 10-45 psi range which airbrushes use, all you'll need is to add a moisture filter. If it's an oil lubricated motor, you'll also need an in-line oil filter. A moisture filter and a few connector adapters from your local home center air tool department and you should be in business.
