smallmouthaholic Posted November 22, 2011 Report Share Posted November 22, 2011 I thought "squeeze handle" was fairly simple I use the Skirt master for placing "O" rings on worms but don't use it for making skirts. You have to hold the skirt master open and then place the bulk skirt material through the opening.
