Cabelas has them, but the longest is 1.25" and dia is not spec'd.

You can get them shipped to store for free if you have a Cabela's, though.

I twisted my own for the first time today. Open end held in chuck of drill, closed end around alan wrench about 1/2 of target diameter. Fire away. Easy. Cheap.
