sallystrothers
Does anyone know where to get some very small packages quick setting epoxy? I need to start carrying some with me when I'm fishing to make field repairs when necessary. I would like to find a two-part epoxy with tubes the size of a small super glue tube. nova
Smallest I know of is the double syringe type. www.novalures.com
mark poulson
I carry a small plastic bottle of brush-on crazy glue, and another of Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails clear, for on the water repairs. Just don't get the glue brush wet with water, or the whole bottle will set up hard. Edited December 4, 2011 by mark poulson
woodenfeather
I was in Harbor Freight the other day and saw they had small tubes of quick setting epoxy.
gekhang
theres some epoxy brand called hard head epoxy(i think) used for fly tying and comes in a small bottle with brush. drying takes about an hour though.
ron g
In the airline industry we have small packs of one min epoxy called Doubble Bubble, they are 1.5 x 1.5 in. the pack is divided into two halves. thats the smallest i have seen. Sonny.Barile
The Harbor Freight 5 minute epoxy is in small enough tubes to keep in your tackle box and is on sale alot for .99 cents. I use it to glue in my hook hangers and eye screws. It is not the best stuff but it will do the job.
sallystrothers
I carry a small plastic bottle of brush-on crazy glue, and another of Sally Hansen's Hard as Nails clear, for on the water repairs. Just don't get the glue brush wet with water, or the whole bottle will set up hard. I've never tried crazy glue, but I have tried cheap super glue and found that it turned to white liquid after being continually submerged for 8+ hours.
