How are you going to temper them? The reason I ask is you can't bend titanium that is already tempered and if you use the untempered titanium you are wasting your money as it is super britlle, a spinnerbait made from .015 diameter wire would probably be stronger. I think a lot of people looked into making wire forms out of titanium but it just isn't doable due to the tempering process, from what I understand it take precise amounts of heating and cooling to get the snap-back properties titanium is famous for. So I would be interested to know how you plan to temper or do you know of a foundry or specialty metal shop that will do this for you or anyone else?
