I suppose I need a mold, but have no idea where to start. Just making a few for my use and would like to make them similar to the real thing. shaggy1081 Posted December 18, 2011 Report Share Posted December 18, 2011 if you have a Hobby lobby go buy the alumilite kit they sell use the 40 % coupon you will first need something to make your mold from i used a 1 1/2 ounce ledgebuster spinnerbait head has plenty of room to encase the connections you will need to make a two piece mold with the material provided in the kit you can research how thats done once you have that step complete cut out a pour hole in the deepest part of the mold only on one side put a pin in the mold to hold the front swivel in place and pour around the connections with the casting resin provided remember to heat up your mold for better results if i can be more help let me know 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
