MonteSS
Used my Lee pot once and it didnt fit my style. I prefer the microwave. It now has surface rust inside and on top. Is this normal or is something not right? Did I do something wrong? Thanks...Bill
squigster
No its normal atleast for the lead one I have. Mine looks 100 years old and i have had it for 5 years and haven't used it a ton. If you empty it out, just clean it up with a wire brush is you want.
Bass-Boys
was there salt in the plastic that you used in it ?
Frank
I have about six or seven of those and theyall do that. I have left old plastic in a couple before and they are fine untill you clean them. Just the way they are I guess. By the way it has never caused a problem with me but I dont use white in them. Driftwood
you can also clean them with cooking oil and not have the wd 40 smell on your next batch of plastic. Hope this helps.
