The only bigger you're going to get is directly from the manufacturer and you'll basically have to order a truckload and you'll need a business license and tax id number. fishingskirts will give you a quote on large orders and I never heard of anyone having a problem, so how much skirt material are you talking about? If you order enough they may be able to do a custom color for you. I don't have an idea on what that order would be but I bet it would have to be pretty big like thousands.
