Are there different types of foam molding techniques that are faster? How does Suddeth make their foam plugs. Art Brush Posted April 26, 2004 Report Share Posted April 26, 2004 Piddler, Not sure about Suddeth lures foams, but smooth-on foams can be demolded 20mins ~ 40mins. They are still alittle soft but you can set them aside to cure while you refill the molds. Featherlite is a decent product for expanding foam-like plastics.
