bbf Posted March 7, 2012 Report Share Posted March 7, 2012 I intend to make a vacuum former. What is the best way or method(in your opinion) to cut out the pattern(s)? As of now I use heat shrink tubing and it works good. The only problem I have with it is getting super clean lines when cutting out my patterns. Ive tried a hot knife and it works better than a straight up exacto knife. But still not as clean of a line Im looking for. Thanks for any help in this.
