LimpNoodle
Bear Valley blades are an old style blade. Still quite popular with salmon fishermen up here in the Pacific NW. Can't seem to find anywhere to buy these in bulk. Locally they start at $1 per blade and go up. If anyone knows where I can find these please let me know. BLT
Did you e-mail http://www.bcanglingpost.us/products.html and ask if they do, or can point you to a distributor. They may be able to help.
LimpNoodle
I've been in their shop as they are local. They won't tell me where they get them. They want me to pay $1 each for them.
BLT
I'll see what I can dig up on the net.
LimpNoodle
Closest I've been able to find are the Aspen blades.
icblacklight
might try this: http://www.poulsencascadetackle.com/ on the home page it says: We are also the home of such familiar blade styles as Backmore, Bear Valley, CV, Lucky R, Wisdom, and Cascade (genuine Cascade, not ‘Mag Willow’ or ‘Olympic’). hope it helps

I actually used to work with the guy that owns it. He's not returned my email or calls. Seems there are only TWO sources (or actually one since I have a feeling that BC gets them from Poulsen Cascade) for these blades.
spinman
Generally bigger blades available at http://www.sdcustomdesigns.com/ may be able to get you what you need. worth a shot.
LimpNoodle
Poulsen Cascade owns the dies for the Bear Valley blades. I'm headed down there tomorrow to talk to the owner. It seems that they don't sell the blades in bulk unless you're a manufacturer. They own the dies for several popular NW blade styles. Going to try and talk Tom into selling in bulk.
