Shortt21
Just a question i had. About how many hours a week do you spend workin on lures?
garyo1954
Being single and retired I'd like to say a lot, but not really. I spend more time piddling and plotting my next mistake. LOL Add in housework, yard work, a dog, and a son graduating this year, I spend less than planned.

mark poulson
For me, it comes in spurts. I'll go a week without having time to do anything meaningful, and then get bug up my butt and make half a dozen cranks the next week. It just depends on when the winds of inspiration break. I don't mean to sound like a preacher, but using PVC takes so much time and uncertainty off the building process, since there's no sealing/waterproofing involved, I can go out to the garage and knock out a crank in less than two hours, and then paint and top coat it the same day if I want. I have lots of wooden baits I made over the years that just sit in boxes in my garage now. As a carpenter, I love working with wood, but PVC is the only material I use for lures now. Tracy G
For me ... about 10 a week if the wife dont get mad or something dont blow up or burn. Wife, kids, and work has a lot of influence on my lure building. Sometimes I get to work on them and sometimes I don't.
bassguy
I'll sometimes hit the shop for a couple of hours after work, so if I'm lucky 8 to 10 is a good estimation. If there isn't anything pressing, then the shop has my company all most all day on Saturdays.
