jesse1378
i put a coat on 4 cranks and they came out fine, did a second batch and the 2 i put the Etex on are still tacky. couple questions.... 1) will a second coat affect the baits movement? 2) is it safe to add a coat on top of the coat that is tacky? i have read of people doing 2 coats, but i know that most of those people were using them on gliders so the action really wouldnt be messed up that much. these cranks are 1.5 KO if it helps. littleriver
A second coat worked for me. If your worried about the action, make it a thin second coat. How is the action now? Just kidding.........been there myself. Really need to figure why it did not cure the first time. Either the mix ratio is off or the mixing was inadequate. jesse1378
had to have been the ratio, i was in a hurry and didnt use my measuring mixing cups. im running low but i guess i will have to use one now and ill just throw a second coat on all of them.
