Richoc Posted May 11, 2004 Report Share Posted May 11, 2004 There are a few cheats you can use just to try it out. Fibre brush fibres, from a scrub brush.(nylon) 1/8" dia cable........ bend the end going in to the lead 90 to hold it in. Some jigs I make with 7 strand leader wire. Bent 90 then twisted open too be a fan. For getting it in to make a mold I would use a 1/8" dia. rod to make the cavity.(standard size for pull pins.) After that you could use a dremal type tool to grind out any mods. later. All the y's I have are the smallest ones and most likly are not what you need.
