I have a DVD showing similar , issued by a German angling magazine , .......actually there are three lure manufacturers in total located in that southern Finnish town named Vääksy , ...apart from Rapala they make the famous "NilsMaster" lures there and also the brand "Turus Ukko" is produced there , .......the smallest company , ..... presently run by a sibling of old Laurii Rapala , ....he must have taken the company over from the designer of the "Turus Ukko" lures(muskie anglers may know hem , as I've seen them in muskie catalogs before , great lures for pike and muskie) .
