bassguy
I use a small portable electric heater. My shop is 10X12, well insulated and it doesn't take much to heat it up to a comfortable level. Sometimes that thing will run me out of there. RayburnGuy
Here's the links to a couple of Heater Calculators that should help you decide what type and size heater you need for your work space. RayburnGuy
Thanks Bob. When I read Fordtech's question I seemed to remember somebody here at TU (probably Dave aka Vodkaman) mentioning there was a formula for figuring this out so they were the inspiration to do an online search. woodieb8
we heat with electric. remember guys open flames and solvents, you can not have open flame heat... and yes its expensive. 20 years ago the r.c.m.p. came. they thought with our electric usage i was growing wacky tobaccy.. true story...
