(15ml) of universal colorant per quart. Does anybody currently tint their primer? If anyone tints their primer, do they use universal colorant or something else? Just wondering. Thanks. RayburnGuy Posted September 28, 2012 Report Share Posted September 28, 2012 I'm just guessing here, but I don't think your "primer" is talking about painting lures. It sounds to me like something you would do if you were changing the color of a room and were trying to hide the current color on the walls.
