Markell
A few questions about this swap: Fat Ratz: Where did you get the little pointy thingy on the front of the buzz blade? Where might I find the black nickel blades you are using? I like this blade much better than the black painted blades I have seen. Siebler: Did you hand pour the craw? How did you get the skirting material in the tube? I am guessing that it is tied to the head before the tube is put on. Big Splash: Dumb question but I have to ask... How did you get the head in the plastic? Thanks again guys, I can't wait to try them.
siebler_custom_baits
yea it is tied to the"head". as for the head in that swimbait splash sent... the heads are usually put in then plastic poured around them like a hok in a lead mold. LedHed
Got mine CJ - guess I'm closer to civilization..... Will be on the Conquest Saturday - going to launch Big Spalsh's stuff at the paddies.
Fat Ratz
Markell, the "pointy thingy" thing on the front of the buzzbait is a brass lure body that is used to make small spinner rigs. The black nickel buzzbait blades were special made for me by Lakeland Inc. No body around here has any like it and have been a good seller. Hope you like it and especially hope it catches you some fish! Randy
siebler_custom_baits
ledhead, conquest out of SDBAY?
Big Splash
The swimbait is poured with the jig head inside. I'm modifing the molds to use a stronger flippin jig hook. I'm also working on a larger 4.5" model. It will be a few days yet before my package arrives here in Western Canada- I can't wait.
