edgecrusher
Agree with Baitjunky - yes was something I had suggested. Shipping plastisol international isn't easy, most carriers will not accept it in a liquid form, I do a lot of shipping via TNT express from LA to Australia, 3 day service is cheaper than USPS and far faster, they refuse to carry it, hence the idea of blocking it, cook a batch and set it either in a box size or smaller chunks and send it that way. A USPS flat rate box is around 80 or $90 US dollars and I think in traditional form you'd be lucky to fit two gal in there, I'm surprise USPS will carry it. In solid form all carriers will accept it. I did ask some major guys what the cost of shipping 5 gal here was, one quote was $250, I had another around half that for 2 gal, so as you can see, thinking outside the box can save money. I think the only way to do it if you were a volume producer would be to ship a pallet of 4 44gal (you guys in the states might call them 55) drums over via sea freight.
