Skeeter200
In your opinion which is the best senko type mold or all of them the same. thanks
MonteSS
Bears 5" is the right thickness but only 4 7/8" long Bears 5.25" is right length but too skinny. Del's 5.25 is exact as real Senko but GL finding one I have not seen the BT 5.5" fat but I bet that would work well. Dels shoots most consistant and perfect baits every time. Salt is a thing of the past so use Caney Creek HD additive. 1.5 tbspn per 4 oz plastic to match real Senko softness and sink rate but much more durable. ...Bill Edited December 28, 2012 by MonteSS

ipt
the softer the bait the better the wiggle will be... that being said, the softer the bait, the less durable it is. find what you like.... and salt is still a proven attractant to fish, so try salt & hd and make your own decision from there. MonteSS
The HD additive makes medium plastic a soft and adds durability. IME salt has never been proven to help fish hold on longer. Fish dont "taste" as companies advertise. It is a filler that make the bait weak so you buy more. I guess we are getting off topic here. ...Bill Edited January 4, 2013 by MonteSS

Maybe they think the original Yamamoto bait is sushi! Hahaha

Bass-Snax-Custom-Baits
Get the dels stick molds through lurecraft, They are not listed but ask Kim to order them for you. A far as the HD additive all I can say is that you have to try it, if you still beleive that you need salt the add a small amount.
