Lureworks Bait Factory

Recommended Posts

I dont know about the retail price for it....I did speak to bruce about it very shortly once while asking for a msds on their plastisol but dont see where anyone is using it for production or anything.....looks fancy for just a novelty machine.  I am told is takes only a few sizes of molds and they need to be hinged.

The machine was built for anyone wanting to do small production runs and the molds that it uses are specifically designed for their machine, so you would have to purchase molds along with your machine. If i remeber right, if you sign a contract agreeing to use lure works products that the price is cheaper then if you buy the machine straight out.

Cbj11lbs, If you dont mind me asking, what are your production needs?

Hey Carolinamike....for right now my needs are met with hand injection...I could most likely bang out about 1,000 in a day with the pots if I want to shoot baits all day and probably more with a helper....but I havent needed to do so.  So far I shot 310 assorted baits in about 3 hours or so with a few short breaks all with one injector haha I need a couple more.  If I am not selling baits I certainly dont need to make that many and spend the money neccesary to do so.  But If i start selling a lot, a machine would make things easier although I hear some machines are difficult to use and take a while to get ready and then a while to clean out after and start a new run of a new color.  Thanks
