cadman
Does anyone have another source for the stainless steel (.130 dia) hitch hikers or another name is snap on coli forms other than Barlow's? I'm looking for a couple thousand? Thanks in advance Edited March 1, 2013 by cadman
Basseducer
Ted, I get those kind of things from Mustang Wire. The prices are great, but there is a 10,000 minimum. I just got some screw-locs and they are purfect.
cadman
I actually like the hard copper wire hitchhiker that TTI uses on the Copperheads. The fact that it stretches slightly is a benefit to the life of a bait rigged on it. Hey Bob, I have the copper hitch hikers. There is only one problem with these that I noticed, and that is if you bake your jigs with the copper hitch hiker in the jig, it hardens the copper somewhat, and then they seem brittle to me. Have you had that experience as well?
reeves
Ted, Not sure of the dia. you want, but pretty sure Shorty's carries them, and you can buy in quantities of a thousand.

George, The outside diameter can not be more than .125-.130. Unless I missed it, the smallest Shorty'e has is .156 diameter. That will not work in a 1/8" diameter weedguard hole. If someone else knows something I don't about Shorty's clips let me know some stock part numbers. Thanks in advance.

cadman
Yes I did find a place, but I have to buy 10,000. I don't need 10,000 however I would be willing split the order in half or three ways if anyone else is interested.
