Saltfisher
Anyone have a recipe to match Bass Pro Shops 'Red Bug' color. A guy I know wants a bunch, and says they dont make the color anymore. Looks like junebug, but more red color with small and large green flake. Thanks
alsworms
Looks like a slightly lighter plum color to me. If so, a really good one is 4 parts strawberry red with 1 part black grape (both LC colors) and green flake.
Saltfisher
That's really close. Just did 4oz plastic and added strawberry 12 drops, and black grape 3 drops and it's close, but needs to be atas darker, and more purple. Stupid auto correct. "A little" darker
alsworms
Maybe just a drop or 2 more of the black grape then? Hmmmmm...........I don't believe I ever used any purple. Seems to me the grape worked well enough........
carolinamike
Why not buy red bug from lure works,no mixing.
Saltfisher
I dont know how close that will be since everyones redbug colors are slightly different. Probably have to mix either way. This person im making them for wants a exact match.
