bryanmc
Does anyone have one of these? I'd like to see a picture of the head on one. It's hard to tell exactly what shape it is in the catalog on line.
basskat
It's a small triangle shaped head. Works as well as any you can buy.
yoda
have you used it? I was ready to pull the trigger myself but shy'd away after reading that overall they are heavy, most I've seen they are made of resins.
basskat
I've used them. They may be a little heavy compared to the resin molds but have had no issues with it. When you load it up with five big swimbaits that have a roundhead jig that weighs 1/4 ounce another half ounce is not going to hurt. I make both, one from resin and the lead one as well and can't tell that much difference. The resin ones are easy to make without a mold. Cut your wires and tie together, get a tube of JB Water Weld and form around your wires and let cure. Sand the resin into the shape you want (I use a dremil tool) and paint or leave it's natural color. You don't have to seal it unless it's painted. The water weld tha's sold at Dollar General is about half the price as the JB Weld brand and works just as well.
Jig Man
If you want a resin mold look at the one from fishingskirts.com. That is what I have.
