It's a Keitech Easy Shiner and the color is called "Electric Shad". Sorry for the crappy pic. Anyways, the flake is some sort of hologram flake that is blue-ish. Frank Posted April 10, 2013 Report Share Posted April 10, 2013 Not real sure but you are right the pic is bad. Lure craft has some laser glitter that has that look but there pics are bad too. But like you said it is like hologram blue and that is the only place I have seen anything like that. I have some and it looks great.
