nedyarb
I just started trying to fish using a drop shot rig. I know I am a bit late to that game! Anyways, I have a shakey head mold that I want to use to make drip shot weights. I am crimping 16 gauge wire and using it for a line tie. Do normal drop shot weights have some sort of swivel? cadman
Yes they do, it keeps the line from getting twisted.
Darkman
I strongly recomend a D/S mold the very purpous of the clip is two fold..1 the swivel keep line twist to a min. 2 the clip is ment to slip off if stuck...why the Tech. works.....for me this was my first mold and it has in the 3 years since Ive has it saved me HUNDREDS of dollars...instead of $5-6 dollars a 10 pack I spend $0.70 - $0.80 cents a 10 pack...I wish you well
yoda
I agree go with the real mold a shaky head is bound to hang you up in the rocks, the pencil style is designed for that and the line twist is very frustrating.

cmayes
It is worth the money you will save as stated above. By the D/S mold.
