Elbo Posted April 17, 2013 Report Share Posted April 17, 2013 I have ordered many aluminum cnc molds from different places my favorite is bass tackle. I just had a horrible experience with del mart molds. I ordered a mold a month ago. Two weeks after I ordered all I had received was an invoice saying they took my money so I called to check on the progress. I was told it was being made and that I would have it by the end of the week. Two weeks later I still had not received anything so I called again. I was told the same thing as before. When I expressed my concerns I was told by Del that he was not playing games and that he was canceling my order. daveh Posted April 19, 2013 Report Share Posted April 19, 2013 I think everyone of us has been on your end with del. I like and have talked to him years ago when i was buying his molds. I love his molds but not his customer service. Every mold i have of dels and is many it took a few months of emails and phone calls to get them. I have several full on custom molds from them, they price their work very competitively and have always delivered when they say they will. my first molds were requested with a very tight deadline, and Chuck and Paulette went above and beyond to deliver. I have several more molds in the works with them as we speak Bear has always treated me well as well as bass tackle. Workmanship and customer service were top shelf, even after the initial design had to be tweaked.Gonna have another soon, and confidence is high in this company, like mine is with Bear, and Basstackle.
