You will need to let the under coats fully set, dry heat helps alot.

As it is the thinner leaves the liquid that lets it harden.

Then brush dab the next coat, as to not spread your finish.

Each time you apply, it will loosen the last finish, patching will be needed.

So you got to watch it.

I hang dry my vinal in the attic, drys them quick.

But you got to get some ETEX.

They will last forever once coated with it.

The vinal is not tuff-enuff for your needs.
