About 4 years ago a company sent me a prototype of a worm and a lizard with the same type of cup on the nose of the bait. It had to be a high floating bait and they wanted a lot of floating bubbles used, thats what made me decline the production work on this bait. Also the concept was the same, a struggling bait on top of water. With so many baits on the market now a completely new idea is becoming harder and harder to develop, as far as soft plastic goes.
