smallmouthaholic
Pull your injector handle all the way open, spray some PAM cooking oil spray-lightly inside the tube.Push the plunger down all the way- exposing the "O" ring outside the end of the injector(where the nossle fits). Wipe of all of the old plastic around the "O" ring. Enjoy your new, smooth operating injector.repeat as necessary. Occasionally it's necessary to remove the Phillips head screw located @ the end of the injector to remove the small pieces of plastic that collect there.Replace the "O" ring if too much plastic is bypassing it. This usually does not happen w/ the heated ,dual injector on the Shooting Star System simply because the injector is always heated and there is no blending block. I do take the dual injector apart once a month to clean it thoroughly for optimum performance.

ipt
depending on what brand injector you have, you'll have a ton of boogers. i lube mine with non stick spray every 10 shots or so. also take it apart and clean it completely after each session. Jig Man
I keep a container of vegetable oil on the bench for lubing the mandrel tips on my tubes so they come off easier. When an injector is not smooth I did the plunger to just cover the O ring knock off the excess and fire away.
