jrhopkins
trying to get an idea of how hard or soft something with a shore hardness of 30 might be. any everyday items that might have that hardness that I would be familiar with. I can order urethane with that harness but not sure just what the density would be like and I don't want to spend $50+ without some idea of hardness. littleriver
never mind. just found a comparison chart with the information I need. Just curious , would you please share the link you found on the subject. I have no idea about shore hardness but sounds relevant and it may fill the ignorance gap I am feeling now on the subject. Thanks

littleriver
Thank you jrhopkins for the link . A really good find. I feel a bit smarter already, though I doubt the effect will last long.

sallystrothers
Watch out for the two different scales of Shore hardness. There is Shore A and Shore D. I made that mistake once, ordered a 90A polyurethane thinking it would be hard.
