RAWJigs
Well two things ... 1st, my supervisor at work wants some 1/8 ounce football heads, 60 degree is the one i have ... I poured him some with 2/0, smallest I have found, but the fish couldnt get the hook in their mouth. He is doing creek fishing here so ... do they make a smaller hook for that mold or does anyone pour with that small of a hook. 2nd...I have a guy who sent me a trailer to make a jig for. He wanted the colors matched up as close as possible. Plum would be awesome ... does anyone have this they would like to sell, or where I can find some. FS is unfortunately out ... THANKS GUYS! cadman
I pour a football head for a customer in 3/8 oz and a 1/0 hook. He catches a boatload of fish on that jig. I don't know what you mean by the fish couldn't get the hook in their mouth. Can you explain. As far as color goes, I custom match all my special powder paints. Are you looking to buy powder paint or something else. "FS is unfortunately out" what is FS and what does this statement mean? smallmouthaholic
Your customer has some problems- either technique or the soft baits on the jigs. i make a variety of soft-bait jigs w/ no#1 and #2 hooks and single wire guards w/soft-bait trailers. The bass have no problem getting the hook. I personally think 1/8 oz. jigs for a creek is much too heavy. w/ 1/16 oz. being more productive.Possibly he thinks contacting the substrate are hits or the YOY SMB and sunnies/rock bass are doing the "Mexican hat dance " on his jigs giving him the conclusion that the jigs don't hook bass.BTW- a 2/0 hook is too large for creek bass in my experience and opinion. Apdriver
Assuming FS is fishing skirts, I took a look at my skirt material and came up with these two. Don't know if it will help you any. Plum just isn't my deal. PM me if you need some.

Apdriver
Give Rat Trap a call at 863.967.2148. Bet they can fix you up. You'll have to order more than a couple tabs though.
