shastaron
I was going to order a bunch of Master Cast (Kastmaster copies) from Lure Parts Online in sizes 1/8 oz. to 1/2 oz. but can't find the recommended treble hooks sizes anywhere. You guys have any recommendations.
scrubs
I have some of their 1/4oz and I use #8's for trout. Look at ads for Kasmasters and Champs to see what looks "right". Depending on what you're fishing for you might need 2x or 3x stout or even a single Siwash style. I used to use doubles a lot for Lake Michigan trout & salmon also. Hottest lure of that type for me was always the real silver plated diamond Champs. Much better action and the actual silver plating has a totally different flash from chrome or nickel. bill
BobP
I'd use #8 on the 1/8 oz and #4 on the 1/2 oz spoon. Some #8's are just too small for anything. Gamakatsu #8's are right-sized and are excellent quality trebles.
