bribass
I know that Zoom has a patent on the design of the speed craw's claws and the action. Does anyone know where I can see that patent and info regarding it? All i have found through searches is all the info on their chunk and the patents on the bumps and ridge etc. I cant find the Speed Craw patent! Any help would be great! Thanks! TroutSupport.com
I believe you can also search Google Patents for any other preliminary patent searching / investigation
Lonestarbaitcompany
Another thing to keep in mind with patents is for example, the ridges and bumps, that could be the only patent and you are not "allowed" to duplicate that in any way shape or form. So if that is what they use on speed craw it's covered. You can usually find the patent number on the package and google search it. Also just FYI some of their patents have expired but they still have packaging with a patent number. The fluke bait is a good example.
