Roadkill Posted November 25, 2013 Report Share Posted November 25, 2013 I have cut soft pigskin leather into pads like silicone pads. Strips are about 6 inches long. Tied this to a 1 1/2 oz Banana head jig. Am currently soaking this for two hrs per day then letting it dry for the other 22 hrs per day. I have been doing this for 10 days and so far so good. It dries out but so far does not become brittle. Plan to continue this process for 30 days as a test. Thoughts and opinions please Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
