Today my package arrived and the lid was loose on one jar and a bunch spilled another one had wayyyy less powder than the other two (even the one with the loose lid) I weighed it in the container and it was only 9.6 ozs including the jar. Just got off the phone with the nice lady there and they are sending me a duplicate order and i don't even have to return the first one or send pics of anything.
